alpharacks 更换IP不要钱！！！

前些时候，本人的IP国内不能访问了，很是纠结。virmach随机更换IP要3刀，换可用IP要5刀，搬瓦工换IP要10刀。alpharacks换IP不知道要多少钱呢。

于是开了一个ticket问了一下，结果人家直接就给换了IP，没收一分钱。

以下是沟通过程

我:
Hello, I want to consult how to change the IP address
IP Address: xxxxx

对方:
Hello,Could you please let me know the reason behind changing the IP address?

我:
I can not access this address from china

对方:
Hi,I have changed the IP with xxxxx

我:
Thank you very much

对方:
Hi,You are welcome.
